Items need to be returned within 4 weeks of purchase to the Uniform Shop. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original tags on and original packaging if applicable.
Customers will receive a credit on their account for returned items. Where possible, please keep your receipt. However if you purchase your items on your parent account we will have a record of the order.
Due to health requirements, hats and socks cannot be returned, except in the case of a damaged or faulty item.
Special order items including Leavers Jackets, Girls Grey Shorts and Girls Grey Trousers cannot be exchanged.
Faulty items will be assessed by the Uniform Shop Manager and if deemed damaged or faulty, will be refunded or replaced like for like (as per consumer law).
Shipping for Returns
The Uniform Shop does not pay shipping costs for returns and the original shipping costs are non-refundable should you choose to return an item.
